How much does a custom home cost?
The price for a luxury custom home can vary substantially based on a number of factors. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our clients are provided with the most accurate information available regarding the build process and cost expectations.
What part of the building process do you manage?
We handle the entire construction process from A-Z.
This includes securing permits, surveying your property, engaging with our architectural team and designers, construction, interior finishing, and landscaping. And when we hand over the keys to your new home, we’re still taking care of you. If necessary, we even take care of post-moving touch ups and repairs.
Will I have to apply for my own permits with the city?
No. Our team will take care of the entire application process for you. And, if there are any challenges to the applications, our team of ex-city-planners will engage with the local planning authority to represent you and fight for your custom home vision.
How accurate are your quotes?
We pride ourselves in ensuring that our clients are provided with the most accurate information available regarding the build process and cost expectations. While some builders run up to 25% over budget, we consistently deliver within 5% of our original quoted price.
